We are pleased to announce that the Virginia Chapter, American College of Surgeons and the Virginia Surgical Society are holding their 2008 Annual Meeting from May 2 - 4, 2008 at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. Sleeping rooms and social functions will be held at the nearby Fairview Park Marriott. We anticipate over 120 surgeons will attend the meeting and we would appreciate your support for the meeting. These surgeons represent all regions of the Commonwealth and include associations with all Virginia medical schools.
The 2008 meeting will once again offer an exciting educational program. We hope you are interested in exhibiting at the conference! Your financial assistance will be greatly appreciated and your company will be appropriately recognized in pre-conference material, during the meeting, and on our website. Your company is invited to exhibit its products and services across two days: Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3, 2008. All conference breaks and breakfasts will be held in the exhibit hall. In addition, you are invited to attend a cocktail reception on Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
